Pricing
Project fees: Quoted per project for larger sets or specialized facilities
Hourly: $70–$90/hr for undefined scopes, redlines, and small tasks
Per sheet: Starting around $150–$250/sheet for typical shop drawings/ as-builts
Deliverables
File formats: PDF for printing; DWG (AutoCAD 2020+) and/or RVT (Revit 2024) by agreement
Printing: Plot styles / CTB provided so your team can re-print consistently
Coordination: Title block can be your company’s or a neutral project title block
Review: 1 round of markups included in quoted fee (additional revisions billed hourly)
Licensure: We do not provide PE stamping or act as Engineer of Record. All work is produced under the direction of your licensed engineer or design-build team.
